Ingredients

2 pkgs flavored gelatin ;
1 8oz container Cool-Whip
2 cups boiling water
1.5 cups cold water
Jello Mold

Instructions

Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water. Pour 3 of gelatin into mold.
Refrigerate both halves. Let gelatin get
thick until it begins to wobble. Once thickened
add Cool-Whip to half not in mold. Stir
with wire whip or fork. Pour on top of gelatin in mold.
Be sure gelatin in thickened.
Sometimes gelatin in mold takes longer to set properly.
Optional/Fruit: Fruit can be added to either
gelatin with Cool-Whip or not. Canned fruit
must be drained. Gelatin must thicken first
before fruit can be added.
