Recipe by: Mary Ann Wills
Ingredients
• 2 pkgs flavored gelatin ;
• 1 8oz container Cool-Whip
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1.5 cups cold water

Instructions
• Completely dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
• Add cold water. Pour 3 of gelatin into mold.
• Refrigerate both halves. Let gelatin get
• thick until it begins to wobble. Once thickened
• add Cool-Whip to half not in mold. Stir
• with wire whip or fork. Pour on top of gelatin in mold.
• Be sure gelatin in thickened.
• Sometimes gelatin in mold takes longer to set properly.
• Optional/Fruit: Fruit can be added to either
• gelatin with Cool-Whip or not. Canned fruit
• must be drained. Gelatin must thicken first
• before fruit can be added.
