Cheese Ball

Ingredients
• 2 pkgs cream cheese (room temperature)
• 1 jar Roka Blue Cheese
• 1 can chopped Diamond Walnuts

Instructions
• Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together
• form a ball. Place nuts on aluminum foil
• and roll ball until well coated. Wrap in
• foil and refrigerate for two hours. Cheese
• ball will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator
• and can be reshaped after each use.
