Bourbon Dogs

Appetizers Cook: 1 Hour

Ingredients

2 packages hot dogs - the cheapest are fine
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey
1/4 minced onion
1 tbsp horseradish
1 tbsp rosemary
BOURBON DOGS

Instructions

Cut hot dogs into 4 or 5 bite sized chunks, mix
remaining ingredients and put into casserole dish
bake 1 hour at 350 °.
Serve with toothpicks - good for cocktail parties -
very popular with men!
Can easily be doubled or tripled.
Note of warning: do not marinate hot dogs in mix
you can make sauce ahead however,
then pour over hotdogs when ready to bake.
