Bourbon Dogs

Ingredients
• 2 packages hot dogs - the cheapest are fine
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey
• 1/4 minced onion
• 1 tbsp horseradish
• 1 tbsp rosemary

Instructions
• Cut hot dogs into 4 or 5 bite sized chunks, mix
• remaining ingredients and put into casserole dish
• bake 1 hour at 350 °.
• Serve with toothpicks - good for cocktail parties -
• very popular with men!
• Can easily be doubled or tripled.
• Note of warning: do not marinate hot dogs in mix
• you can make sauce ahead however,
• then pour over hotdogs when ready to bake.
