Deviled Eggs Supreme

Ingredients

1 dozen eggs
1 4oz can crabmeat flakes
1/2 teaspoon each curry powder and dry mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise
Optional Garnishes: Capers, pimento, black olives, dash of paprika.

Instructions

1. Hard boil the eggs; peel at once. Cut in halves.
2. Mash yolk in a bowl.
3. Add curry powder, dry mustard, salt, pepper and worcestershire.
4. Blend in crab flakes; then add mayonnaise to desired consistancy - moist but not loose.
5. Fill the whites with this mixture and garnish with caper, pimento or black olives, and a dash of paprika.
