Clam Stuffed Bread Cups

Bread Cups: Cut Circles of bread large enough to fill small muffin cups. Butter one side of bread with soft butter. Press buttered side down into muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly toasted, 5-10 minutes. Can be prepared ahead and frozen.

Ingredients

Bread Cups
2 8oz cans minced clams
2 cloves garlic minced well
2 teaspoons parsley
unflavored bread crumbs - amount to suit

Instructions

1. Drain clams and save liquid.
2. Add garlic, parsley and enough bread crumbs and liquid to make mixture loosely hold together.
3. Saute in frying pan approximately 5 minutes to cook garlic.
4. Place in refrigerator until ready to fill bread cups.
5. Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes until hot.
