Cheese Ball Recipe

Ingredients

2 packages cream cheese (room temperature)
1 jar Roka Blue Cheese
1 can chopped Diamond walnuts

Instructions

1. Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together to form a ball.
2. Place nuts on aluminum foil and roll ball until well coated.
3. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Cheese ball will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator and can be reshaped after each use.
