Bourbon Dogs Recipe

Ingredients

2 packages hot dogs - the cheapest are fine
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup bourbon or whiskey
1/4 minces onion
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon rosemary

Instructions

1. Cut hot dogs into 4 or 5 bite sized chunks.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and put into casserole dish.
3. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
4. Serve with toothpicks - good for cocktail parties - very popular with men!
5. Can easily be doubled or tripled.
6. Note of warning: do not marinate hot dogs in mix - you can make sauce ahead however, then pour over hotdogs when ready to bake.
